In order to match your family with the right nanny, we believe that it is very important to get to know your family first. This is why we start the placement process by having each family fill out a brief family profile, and then follow-up with an in-home consultation. At this time we will answer any questions you have and gather all the necessary information in order to start your search. At the end of the consultation, a $200 non-refundable deposit will be due in order to start the search.

We start our search by getting to know applicants both on paper and in person. All nannies must meet the following criteria to be considered for an interview:
- Submit Nanny Application & Profile
- Have Experience & References
- Be a Non-smoker
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Speak fluent English
- Have their own vehicle
- Have Proper Car Insurance
After the interview, if we feel that the applicant has what it takes to be a great nanny, the applicant is then subject to our extensive screening process, which includes the following:
- Criminal Background Check
- Sex Offender List Check
- Motor Vehicle Records Check
- Social Security & Identification Verification
- Reference Check
Additional screening is available and may be conducted at the request and expense of the family at anytime.
- All of our nannies are certified in Child & Infant CPR prior to starting a position.
